We will contact you if we would like to interview you. Our staffing needs changes seasonally and often. We have hired some of our longest standing employees through referencing our application file.
We employ people who believe in our vision and who will contribute to creating it. We are interested in self-motivated people who have strengths in creative problem solving and decision making.
Special needs: Occasionally we need occasional workers to help out with big orders, catch up or clean up before and after a large event, or even organize an event.
Our regular employees specialize in drink making and customer service and need to be able to follow through with clear communication with managers and co-workers.
We hire and retain employees on a strict loyalty principle of both vision and trust.
